Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups whole milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 4 drops green food coloring

4-6 servings

  • 4 cups + 2 tablespoons whole milk, chilled
  • 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon heavy cream, chilled
  • 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 6 drops green food coloring

7-9 servings

  • 6 1/3 cups + 2 tablespoons whole milk, chilled
  • 1 1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 8 drops green food coloring

10-12 servings

  • 8 1/2 cups + 2 tablespoons whole milk, chilled
  • 1 2/3 cups + 2 tablespoons heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 2/3 cups + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 10 drops green food coloring

Instructions

Step 1
In a pitcher or large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined and sugar is fully dissolved. Pour mixture into the vessel.

Step 2
Select SLUSHASSIST™. The unit will sense ingredients for 10–15 minutes and set the texture for your beverage. If desired, adjust texture after it is set using temperature control arrows.

Step 3
Once frozen drink reaches optimal temperature unit will beep, temperature LEDs will remain solid and “ENJOY” will appear. Garnish and serve immediately.
