Select products are covered by a 60-day or a 90-day money back guarantee. The window that applies to your purchase is stated with your order. Money back guarantees are not available on CO2 canisters, refill boxes, Ninja Thirsti™ Flavored Water Drops or the FlexFlame Outdoor Cooking System.

How to start a return

  1. Open the contact form and give us the order number, the item you want to return and the reason.
  2. We reply with the return authorisation and the address to ship to. Returns sent without authorisation cannot be processed.
  3. Pack the product with all the accessories and the original box whenever possible, and ship it within 14 days of receiving the authorisation.

Condition of the returned item

Products can be used — that is what a money back guarantee is for. What we need back is the complete product: base unit, attachments, accessories and any free gift that came with the order. Missing items are deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
  • Allow up to 10 business days after the inspection for the amount to appear on your statement; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • The original shipping fee is refunded when the return is caused by a defect or by our error.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for another model or another colour, start a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. That way the new item ships immediately instead of waiting for the return to arrive.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery through the contact form, with photos of the item and of the box. We arrange the replacement or the refund and we cover the return shipping.

Outside the guarantee window

If the product fails after the money back guarantee window, it may still be covered by the One (1) Year Limited Warranty.
