- 12 oz. 2% milk
- 1½ servings CSE S’mores Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon CSE Powdered Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
Toppings
- 2 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Thins
- 6 mini marshmallows
- 1 Schär Gluten Free Honey Grahams, crushed
Instructions
Step 1
Add the milk, powdered peanut butter, and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight.
Step 2
Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”
Step 3
Turn the oven broiler on high. Place mini marshmallows on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 1-2 minutes; watch carefully.
Step 4
Split into two servings. Top each serving with three toasted mini marshmallows, one peanut butter cup, and one half crushed grahams. Enjoy!
