Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 6 ounces rich coffee, freshly brewed
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- ¼ cup (2 ounces) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
Instructions
Step 1
Add brown sugar to a 10 ounce mug. Place mug under the coffee spout and select DRIP COFFEE and set strength as desired.
Step 2
Fill milk jug to the 2 ounce line with heavy cream. Add milk and place jug on the milk jug platform. Press the FROTH TYPE button and select COLD FOAM. Press MILK TYPE button to select DAIRY. Press START to begin the program.
Step 3
Once the program is complete, stir the whiskey into the brewed coffee. Pour the cold foam over the coffee mixture. Serve immediately.
