- Ice cubes, as needed
- 8 ounces whole milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar free caramel syrup, divided
- Double shot espresso
- 2 ½ ounces premade vanilla protein shake (42g per serving)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- Pinch kosher salt
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice cubes, milk and 1 tablespoon caramel syrup. Place glass under the coffee spout and select COLD-PRESSED and set the quantity to double shot.
Step 2
Add the protein shake, protein powder, remaining caramel syrup, and salt to the milk jug. Press the FROTH TYPE button and select COLD FOAM. Press MILK TYPE button to select DAIRY. Press START to begin the program.
Step 3
Once program is complete, stir the espresso and milk together. Top with cold foam then serve immediately.
