Ingredients
- 1 box (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 2 cups frozen precooked meatballs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 jars (25 ounces each) tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water or broth
- To the CleanCrisp™ Glassware add the ziti, tomato sauce, and water/broth, stir to combine and ensure all pasta is fully submerged then top with meatballs.
- Place CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
- Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Then turn the dial to set microwave time to 30:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 8:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
- When 15:00 remain in microwave cooking, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit, stir the pasta to ensure it cooks evenly, add mozzarella cheese to the top in an even layer and return to the unit to continue cooking.
- When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit and serve immediately.
