Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-8ounces each)
- Kosher salt, as needed
- Ground black pepper, as needed
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) buffalo sauce
- 2 blocks cream cheese (8 ounces each), room temp, cubed
- 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- Chives, sliced, for garnish
- Tortilla chips, for serving
- Install the crisper plate in the CleanCrisp™ Glassware then place the chicken breasts on top of the crisper plate and season with salt and pepper.
- Place CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
- Press the FUSIONCRISP button then turn the dial to set microwave time to 8:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button then turn the dial to 10:00 minutes then press the dial to start cooking.
- Once cooking is complete allow chicken breast to cool then cut into ½ inch cubes. Remove the crisper plate from the CleanCrisp™ Glassware and add the chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream to the chicken and stir to evenly combine.
- Place CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
- Press the FUSIONCRISP button then turn the dial to set microwave time to 5:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button then turn the dial to 7:00 minutes then press the dial to begin cooking.
- Once microwave cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from unit, stir the mixture then top with cheddar and pepper jack cheese, then return the XL Glass Basket to the unit to continue cooking.
- When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit a garnish with chives and serve with tortilla chips.
