Ingredients
- 1 bag (30 ounces) frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick + 6 tablespoons melted butter, divided
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups of crushed corn flakes
1. To the CleanCrisp™ glassware add hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 stick of melted butter, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine, then place the CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
2. Press FUSIONCRISP. Set microwave time to 25:00 minutes. Press AIR FRY, set dial to 8:00 minutes. Press dial to begin cooking.
3. When 12 minutes remain in microwave cooking, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit and stir the mixture then return to the unit to continue cooking.
4. When microwave cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit. In a bowl mix together the crushed corn flakes and remaining melted butter until evenly combined then top the potato mixture with the crushed con flakes and return to the unit to continue cooking.
5. When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
