Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, cut in 1/16-inch slices
  • 6 thyme sprigs, leaves picked 
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 ½ cups heavy cream 
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated gruyere cheese             
  • Ground black pepper, as desired

1.    Add the potatoes to the CleanCrisp™ Glassware with the thyme, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the heavy cream and half of the cheese. Spread everything into an even layer then top with the remainder of the cheese.
2.    Place the CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION. Press the FUSIONCRISP button, then turn dial to set microwave time to 35:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button and turn dial to 12:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
3.    When cooking is complete, let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
