Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet potato, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, deseeded, cut into 6 strips
  • 1 corn on the cob, cut in quarters 
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired 
  • 6 bratwurst pork sausages

1.    In a large bowl, add the sweet potato, pepper, corn, Cajun seasoning, oil, salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat and set aside.
2.    Install the crisper plate into the CleanCrisp™ Glassware. Then add the vegetables and sausages on top. Place CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
3.    Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Turn the dial to set the microwave time to 15:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 15:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
4.    When 6 minutes remain in air frying, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit, flip all ingredients. Then return to the unit to continue cooking.
5.    When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove the CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit and serve immediately.
