Ingredients
- 1 box (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 3 jars (14.5–16 ounces each) roasted garlic alfredo sauce
- 2 cups water or chicken broth
- 1 can (14 ounces) quartered artichokes, drained
- 2/3 cup spinach leaves
- 1 jar (8 ounces) sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken cut in ½-inch pieces
- 1 1 /2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1. To the CleanCrisp™ Glassware, add the penne, alfredo sauce, water or broth, artichokes, spinach sun dried tomatoes and chicken. Stir to combine, ensuring all pasta is fully submerged. Place CleanCrisp™ Glassware in the TOP POSITION.
2. Press the FUSIONCRISP button. Then turn the dial to set microwave time to 30:00 minutes. Press the AIR FRY button, turn the dial to 8:00 minutes. Press dial to start cooking.
3. When 15:00 minutes remain in microwave cooking, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit. Stir the pasta to ensure it cooks evenly, and return to the unit to continue cooking.
4. When microwave cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from the unit and add cheese to the top in an even layer.
5. When cooking is complete, use oven mitts to remove CleanCrisp™ Glassware from unit and serve immediately.
