- 1/2 cup Complete pancake mix
- 1/3 cup Water
- Cooking spray
- 9 Oreo cookies
- 1 tablespoon Confectioners’ sugar
- Medium Bowl
- Silicone-Tipped Tongs
Instructions
Step 1
Close crisping lid. Select AIR CRISP, set temperature to 400 F, and set time to 5 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until combined.
Step 3
Spray the cook and crisp basket with cooking spray.
Step 4
Dip each cookie into the pancake batter and then arrange them in the basket in a single layer so they are not touching each other. Cook in batches if needed.
Step 5
SELECT air crisp, set temperature to 400 F, and set time to 8 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.
Step 6
After four minutes, Open lid and flip the cookies. Close the lid and continue cooking.
Step 7
When cooking is complete, check for desired crispiness. Remove basket and sprinkle the cookies with confectioners' sugar. Serve.
