powerfu motor with a VERY fragile pitcher.

Bought this on Amazon on Sep 1st. By October 9th the pitcher was already cracked. I use this machine to make smoothies. I ONLY used pre-crushed ice from our fridges ice maker. But even that is just too much for this fragile pitcher. The motor unit is super powerful. But the pitcher has a fatal flaw, It's made of plastic that is FAR too thin for the torque of the motor base. And of course Ninja inc. wants nearly as much for a replacement pitcher ($84) as the original machine cost. ($99) Ninja lost me as a customer.

It’s a lemon!

We used this Ninja about 10 times and the pitcher will not release from the base. It is not because there is sticky residue. the mechanism will not release from the base. It is out of warranty and there is no resolution to get it fixed per customer service. Very disappointing.

Bad quality and waste of money stay away

Bought originally year ago worked fine for couple of months and then just died wouldn't blend at all. Returned and got replacement less than month ago and i can hear how blades are grinding and not spinning at all. They won't accept return any more told me to contact manufacturer. I called and have been told since product was returned already once they can't do anything.This is my second blender from Ninja in less than 2 years. Smart torque died after 3 months exchanged for new one and that one died in 2 months. Again they won't do anything since it was returned already once.

In my opinion this is the best blender on the market. You can make so many things with this blender. It's very easy to use and gets the job done right. Simple to operate and to take apart and clean. Well worth the price. Beware when cleaning it be very careful washing the blades they are razor sharp and will cut you easily if not careful.

This is absolutely the best blender I have owned! With 1200 watts of power there isn’t anything that this blender can’t handle. Cuts through ice cubes effortlessly. In addition to standard speed settings, there are 3 additional buttons: smoothie, frozen drink, and purée. Pressing one of these buttons uses the auto IQ mode and the blender will stop automatically when done. This model is BL688 30. I highly recommend this blender!

I love how well

I love how well this blender works! I have used other brands before but not one has ever crushed ice so well the way my Ninja does. It makes the best Piña colada‘s ever. I love how it has 3 speeds and also the pulse button as well. If you’re looking for a perfect blender, I highly recommend the Ninja

Wow!! Is the best word for this Ninja blender!! I enjoy a good smoothie or slushies. This blender with chop ice up very easy!! I love love that!! It has so many options to puree, chop,or whip up a healthy drink of fruity or vegetable flavor. It is also so easy to operate as well as clean and store. Digital buttons its absolutely perfect for blending so many different things. Totally recommend this!
