Carafe spills
I just bought this unit as I have other Ninja products and have been very happy with them overall. The first pot of coffee I brewed took a long time to complete. When I poured myself a cup, coffee spilled all over my counter. The carafe's design is awful. It spills every time I pour a cup. I have tried brewing a smaller amount; it still spills. I've checked for cracks and leaks, and there are none. I will try to find a replacement carafe for this brewer, but overall I am very disappointed.

Easy to use
It’s easy to use, makes great coffee, and doesn’t take much effort to clean. I also love how convenient it is for everyday mornings. Definitely a great option for coffee lovers

Easy set up, nice progamming feature.
The setup was easy and i love that i can program it the night before so the coffee is ready next morning. The brewing is consistent and fast. Only thing i dont like is the machine taking space on my small kitchen top.

Quality coffee Maker! Makes a great cup of coffee
I received this as a Christmas gift. The first carafe was defective and leaked when you poured coffee from it. Shark/Ninja made it right. 2nd coffee maker carafe works fine. This pot makes an Excellent brew. Easy to see, use , and set for auto brew. Does come with a permanent filter. Very clean lines and looks quite sleek. It does brew slow as some have noted…. Ensuring a rich brewed cup of coffee . Great product!

Easy to use.
This is such a great coffee pot. It came assembled just temoved the stickers. It was easy to use, didnt hae to read the manual. It has a filter which is easy to clean. It brewed the coffee hot but not scorching which is great for me. It has a keep warm function which I like and the programmable feature works great for morning coffee for work. Love the reliability of having a fresh pot before work.
