Nespresso Side Was Good! But Ground Coffee I Make Was Aweful Taste Like Sludge. I know it wasn't my water or coffee ground. Like the frother

I received this coffee maker for Christmas a few years ago & it was my favorite surprise EVER! I wanted a machine that makes espresso, ground coffee, can froth, won’t break the bank and is great quality… and this machine was absolutely that!! It does everything I want and MORE. You can pick the size of your drink, espresso or freshly brewed coffee, you can choose if your drink is iced vs not. It comes with a measuring cup, built in frother on the side, & a carafe. The levels are adjustable whether you’re using a small coffee cup or a tall coffee mug. It’s not too loud of a machine, the loudest it gets is what I showed in the video and that’s just when making espresso. The frother is AMAZINGLY perfect. It has a self clean option. Also, almost every piece slides out and can be washed easily, I do top rack dishwasher for the plastic pieces and the glass I’ve put on the bottom rack, but it’s such an easy wash. Also, if you don’t like to buy espresso pods and like to ground them yourself, I do that and it works just the same. Of course it’s a tad more work than the disposable cups, and it may take a couple times (no more) to figure out the right fill of the reusable espresso pod, but to me it’s totally worth it. You can EASILY make a coffee shop drink right at home with this machine!! Lastly, I have had this machine going on 3 years now and it still works as great as it did when I first got it!

Perfect for Company and Individuals

This coffee system is perfect for my family of coffee and steamed milk drinkers. I liked that I could make a pot of coffee for company or used the capsules when I want a variety. The adjustable cup holder snapped in and out of the machine easily and had many options available for different sized cups. The frother was easy to operate but I wish I could have a button to use it to make it hot or leave it cold besides having to microwave the milk.
