BEST STARTER COFFEE MACHINE
Seriously the best! It’s so user friendly, especially for those wanting to get into espresso and barista type, rather than just putting a pod in. It fits perfectly on my counter. It’s so easy to clean and maintain. It tells you exactly when to clean it and includes how-to videos. It makes hot and iced drinks perfectly! I love it so so much!!!!

Unexpected experience.
Purchased November 28th. Upon opening the package, I'm putting it together and inspecting and noticed my double basket looked oxidated. I cleaned and scrubbed, the dark gray marks never came off. Decided to give them a call which turned into a video call. The person I spoke with agreed and he placed an order for a new one to be delivered. Then I turned on the luxe cafe and was giving me an Er 17 error. There I went to call once more, did the video call once again. The girl told me it was defective so I returned the luxe cafe that very same day and was told once that order comes, the new will be sent out. Fast forward to today, I am still calling and asking where the replacement is, and all they keep saying the warehouse has to check it and the order needs to be released.

Worst customer service
I bought this in April. 3 weeks ago the grinder broke so I called ninja and they told me to return it. Took 7 days for them to receive it. My replacement was on hold. Another week went by I called for a status. They said it’s gonna be sent out in about a week. Another 11 days passed by the replacement still on hold. Called again. Was on the phone almost 20 minutes for them to try to get a supervisor to release my order. No luck I guess they don’t work on the weekend. Instead I got told I’ll get an email about it. And it’s gonna be another week or so to get the new coffee maker. Never again buying from ninja. A 600$ coffee maker and here I am a month without one. I wish I could just return it.

Barista coffee at home
Im in love with my new coffee machine. It makes the perfect barista coffee everytime, whether im in the mood for a latte, hot chocolate or cold brew ice coffee. The settings are really easy to follow and even offer suggestions. I no longer buy coffee out, because I can make a better coffee myself at home. I always get a beautiful golden crema with every shot, so there's no burnt or bitter tasting coffee. The whole machine is so easy to use, I often have a baby on my hip and I'm so pleasantly surprised how easy it is to make a whole coffee with just one hand (mom approved). The only thing I'd improve is the drip tray capacity, it fills up so fast.

Making sure you have the handle LOCKED in place the espresso is AMAZING
The quality of this machine is amazing. Every cup taste like it comes straight from one of your local coffee shops. I’ve honestly stopped going to the local coffee shops since I purchased Ninja Luxe 3 in 1. The day I got it, it made a loud noise that I wasn’t expecting, but that’s just the way it sounds. It has like a little knocking sound when you go to froth your milk that just means it heating up. One thing to remember to make sure the handle is placed where it says locked. If you don’t it will come off because it has a lot of pressure. And at the beginning it’s hard to get it to lock all the way but do the best you can to get it as close to where it says LOCKED. Over time it gets easier to Lock. I promise you this, it’s the best money I have spent on a coffee, espresso machine that compares to a local coffee shop. And there’s nothing like having fresh coffee beans grinding right before you. I rate it a 10
