I love this Shark FacialPro Glow At Home Hydrating Facial System!! But there are definitely a few things I learned after my first use that I think are important to know. At first the suction honestly didn't seem like it was going to be very strong, but once you start using it correctly you realize it definitely is. I don't have sensitive skin at all and my face was still extremely red after my first treatment. So I would recommend starting more gently than you think you need and work your way up if anything. One of the biggest things is to follow the Quick Start Guide and pay attention to how they show you to glide the device across your skin. You don't want to repeatedly go over the same area. I also found that using my free hand to gently stretch my skin made a huge difference because it helped the device maintain suction instead of constantly losing its seal. My forehead was the hardest area for me to keep suctioned so stretching the skin there was especially helpful. I set my timer for 2 minutes when using the wide tip and 1 minute for the t-zone tip. I did that for both Step 1, detox and step 2, infuse was much easier to keep track of how long i was using it on each area without over doing it. The device has three suction settings low, medium and high. Even though I normally wouldn't consider my skin sensitive I really wish I would started with the gentle tip first. When cleaning the device make sure you release/ remove the bottom battery portion from the device when you are dealing with water and product so you don't accidentally get liquid down into the system or battery. I would also follow the directions and charge the device for the full 4 hours before the first use. Love that it comes with a self rinse cap. When you're finished you can fill the water tank attach the rinse cap and run the device to help flush everything out. Use the included brushes to throughly clean the tips. Also make sure to leave the tanks open to completely air dry before putting it away. Don't want to store them damp because that will trap moisture and can lead to mold. Overall I really love this!

Love this facial Cooling ❄️🌟
I came across this looking for cryotherapy that doesn’t have to be frozen. After using for a month I absolutely love it. My skin is so smooth after the weekly facial aspect and I use the cooling feature everyday for morning puffy and redness. I got for 100 dollars off and for that it is SOO worth it.

I’m obsessed with this! It’s lightweight and easy to use. It’s easy to store as well in its little storage box. My favorite function is the depuff and chill. It gets so cold! I’ve been using that in the mornings and can always tell such a difference.
